CARDING MACHINE
USE:
The preceding process of the machine is opening-and-picking
machine combined, the follwing process is drawing frame.
The machine is used for the processing of cotton fibre
and chemcal fibre, the machine combs the curly cotton(chemical)
lump of moving from the preceding process or feeding hopper
to straight signlefibre, meanwhile the impurity will be
removed, then it spins to a standard sliver and stored
in a can for next processing. |

MAIN
ADVANTAGES:
Microcomputer control and digital display relevant
parameters. Front and behind stationary flats
and card segment under lickerin are fitted. Automatic
stopping while returning flow of fibres, thick
bar of sliver breakage. Testing the slivers-peed
and draft range. Display the length. Card segment
uses 0.56mm miniclaws to prove increase the ability
of the fluffing and combing.
Doffer motor is of stepless which is driven
by inverter, piecing-up with low speed, high-speed
motion. Has two types of suction(intermittent
or continuous) for consumer.
