The computer-assisted modern design, the choice of materials,
the precision machining by modern methods, the
rigid frame, the modular design of subassemblies etc,
permit to produce a machine which is reliable under
all mill conditions, and easy to operate and maintain.
Owing to the judi-cious distribution of weights and
the precise equilibration of all fast moving parts,
the GTM-AS operates with less vibration, and with low
dynamic floor loads. These features reduce considerably
the building costs.
